We respond to each email we receive. Some factors including spam filters may be blocking either our or your email. Try changing the settings on your spam filters then email us again. If you still do not receive a response from us please contact us by another method.
Q: Why can’t I buy merchandise from your website?
A:
Many of the lines we carry do not wish for their merchandise to be sold online or highly recommend that we do not. This is to insure you receive the individual attention and customer service you need to make sure you choose the fit and gown that is right for you.
Q: When should I start shopping for my dress?
A:
For seasonal styles such as prom and Mardi Gras the best selection is available starting in late December. Some manufacturers begin selling out of their top styles as early as the end on January. Also many manufacturers are reassessing their inventory and orders and can not get more of the unpredicted top styles before March or even late April. Also, since we do register your purchase, you may not be able to purchase the gown you want because it is already in our computerized dress registry system for your event. Long story short: January and February shopping is best for prom and Mardi Gras.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: No, we do not require appointments. If you wish to beat the crowds and long lines, you should try to come Monday through Friday before 4:00pm. Also, if you would like one on one service,
consultants are available for one hour appointments. There is a non-refundable fee of $25 for an appointment and sessions are expected to fill up fast.
Q: Do you have a dress registry?
A: Yes we do. Your gown is registered in our computerized registry system and unlike other registry services we will not sell your gown in any color. So remember the more of your group that shops at The
